About the Speaker

Stela Manova is a cognitive‑science linguist with a strong background in mathematics, computer science, and languages. She holds a PhD in General Linguistics from the University of Vienna, where she has conducted research for over two decades analyzing language structure, meaning, and modeling from theoretical, typological, and computational perspectives. Her work spans natural language processing, language cognition, and algorithmic approaches to linguistics, and has been supported by institutions including the Austrian Science Fund and the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Manova is the founder of MANOVA AI e.U. and has made significant contributions to language modeling and linguistic theory.
